The new building for the Autobahn Motors dealership forms a long, aerodynamic curve meant to be seen from the freeway at a speed of 60 miles an hour. Clad with a metal panel system, the curved wall of the building symbolizes the metal finish of the dealership’s cars. Located at the Belmont interchange on Highway 101, the $6.5 million building screens both the sound of the freeway and the wind from the outdoor service and new car pick-up areas.
