A dramatic, long horizontal window, at eye-level when you’re sitting down, frames a more intimate view and is complemented by a skylight above of the same dimensions. The house is so high up that the owners have no concern about privacy, so quality of light was achieved by expansive picture windows out onto the view, including in the shower.
