Basically they wanted a pleasant place to be and to work in. They were both active and they wanted a swimming pool. And at the same time they didn't want to be so tied to the house that they couldn't travel and they wanted things organized so they could put a lot of things into dead storage and lease the house and go off someplace on a year's sabbatical.
